Warranty policy
To assure the authenticity of each and every item, we obtain our products directly from the right brands. Buying a fraudulent item from this store is simply not possible. We guarantee the quality and authenticity of our items at all times!
UK Used Warranty
When it comes to UK Used products, we provide a limited warranty. There is a 30days window for return period for :
- Mouth Piece
- Network(Sim lock, No SIM)
- Overheating
- Charging Port
- On and Off (if not tampered)
- Speaker
- Earpiece
Before sending our UK Used phones, we put them through quality checks to make sure the camera, touch screen, and biometrics are all operational. Accidental or deliberate physical damage is not covered by our warranty.
Brand New Samsung and Apple Warranty
All Brand new Samsung and Apple products come with warranty. So even the imported ones have global warranty on them. Please note that there is a Global Warranty and might be limited compared with the Nigerian warranty.
“If it doesn’t work, you can return it”
If you’ve purchased an item and it doesn’t work as stated, you can return it as easily as you purchased it. We would organize a pickup for the item and send you a replacement swiftly. It’s that simple. You can always reach out to us on all our social media platforms.
Returns
You can return the item within 2 days of purchase. As long as the item doesn’t work as stated or what you received isn’t what you ordered for
The product you want to return must be in the same condition as you got it. This means that everything has to be returned to its original position, including the package and content.
Please be aware that there are no refunds for orders that have been delivered, unless there is an issue with the item’s functionality and we are unable to locate a replacement. Refunds are processed in two to three days.
